1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by CuePoint Rentals ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Rental Agreement
All equipment rentals are subject to availability and our approval. A formal rental agreement must be signed, and a valid government-issued ID and security deposit are required before any equipment is released.
3. Equipment Use and Care
You agree to use the rented equipment carefully and only for its intended purpose. You are fully responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the equipment while it is in your possession. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental period for a full refund of any prepaid amounts. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Liability
CuePoint Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our equipment. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the rental.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
